Step 2: Repertoire Form (for the Semi-final and Final Rounds)
Please review the repertoire rules carefully: a) A balanced program which includes at least two (2) different periods and should be of contrasting style. One of which must be a sonata (or a fast movement) from the classical period. b) Contestant’s choice in repertoire must be music written for solo piano only. No original compositions by the contestant or prepared-piano works are allowed. c) There are no restrictions on the length of repertoire, however the max length of the final live round is
Junior Division: 12 minutes
